Payment Terms
All non-account customers must pay for goods when ordered or upon pro-forma invoice. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Switch, and cheques with a valid bank guarantee card.
Conditions of Sale
Our full terms and conditions are deemed to be binding in all transactions. They are available on request but are sent automatically with acknowledgment of order.
Cancelled Orders
No custom-made goods can be returned; others may incur a restocking charge.
Warranty and Returns
Like a good car all Catering Appliances require regular servicing - and we can tailor an Individual Maintenance Package especially to suit you.
We’ll survey your site and supply you with a detailed Schedule of Equipment with a quotation per visit. Whilst we will make a recommendation based upon the actual appliances you have, you will choose the frequency. Obviously the more appliances or sites you have, the more likely it is that we can effect a very favourable deal for you, but no site is too small for us to give you a beneficial price. Please phone for a quotation as you have so much to gain.
Inevitably some appliances will fail and need repair, so we also provide a call-out repair service - we provide to our Maintenance Contract Customers at a preferential rate.
